One of our school projects was to take a character from the original Oz stories and reimagine them in your own style.

As soon as the teacher announced this project he went through some examples of characters we could choose from and when he mentioned the princess with all the heads I was INSTANTLY astral projected back to being like 10 and watching Return to Oz and getting scared as the character based on Langwidere chased Dorthy around without a head.

SO... I had to pick her, and give this classic queen the love she deserves ✨👁✨

The idea I went with was that Langwidere herself is a parasite vainly mimicking human form, her body is completely malleable. She speaks from the heads she wears and can connect to multiple at once.
